Employees today have more opportunities than ever before to seek out new job prospects and weigh their options - so what is your company doing to keep your top talent engaged and enthusiastic about their work?
I created this challenge focused on Retaining Top Talent because I’ve seen first-hand how outdated beliefs and policies have created a high turnover for companies that aren’t taking advantage of practices that employees have come to expect.
We’re living in a time where company loyalty doesn’t mean what it used to. Millennial workers have a reputation for moving from job to job, continually on the lookout for the next best thing. Websites like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor makes it easy for employees to compare their current work situation to other potential opportunities that may offer better benefits, more challenges, or a more exciting set of values.
